Michael McMillan founded Tri J Productions, Inc. in 2001. His successful career as an executive, consultant, and sales trainer led him create ThereIsNoSecret.com (TINS.com) to provide instruction and motivation for those with a desire to achieve goals through PROCESSES!
After graduating from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Michael began his career as a professional pilot, leading to many successful years in business aircraft sales and management. Later earning his MBA from Wichita State University with an impressive 4.0 GPA, Michael advanced to senior leadership positions with several organizations achieving goals and earning numerous awards and commendations throughout his career.
Additionally, Michael is the Chairman of the Board for Recovery Resource Council (RecoveryCouncil.org), North Texas’ largest non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention, intervention, and treatment of alcohol, substance use disorder, and behavioral health issues. He is a member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Society, Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, and Aircraft Owners & Pilot’s Association.
Michael and his wife Kim, enjoy spending time with family, playing golf, and exploring new adventures.
